Used Equipment Truck Inspection Form Alta Material Handling used equipment is sourced from our vast dealership network spanning coast to coast� Most of the equipment offered for sale comes off lease or from our rental 昀氀eet, which insures only the highest quality, best maintained equipment is offered to you for its second life� All equipment goes through a 200 point inspection performed by factory trained and certi昀椀ed technicians in one of our state of the art facilities� If repairs are required, our technicians get to work and use OEM parts and software to guarantee a quality product makes its way to your application� Certi昀椀ed Pre-Owned Forklifts All reconditioned units are power washed completely and have an in depth visual and operational check completed which includes the frame, drivetrain, lift, steering and electrical� Each individual system is checked for safe and proper operation� Problem areas are notated and corrected prior to becoming a certi昀椀ed pre-owned unit� Hydraulic hoses, 昀椀ttings, lift chains, axles, brakes, and attachments are inspected for wear or damage and are replaced as needed� Any lights, horns, or backup alarms are veri昀椀ed for proper operation and replaced as needed� Frames and welds are inspected for cracks or misalignment. All 昀氀uids are changed, and the unit is checked for leaks� Engine compression is checked for proper readings per OEM Service Manual and any issues with the engine are addressed as needed (LP units only)� Tires and seats are replaced with new parts and each unit receives a full paint job� All parts used are Hyster or Yale OEM parts installed by factory trained and certi昀椀ed technicians. mh.altg.com 68
