We also highlighted our Guiding Principles —Invest in the Best, Passion for Excellence, Mutual Respect, One Team, and Customers for Life. These principles are not just values on paper—they’re tools we use every day to navigate complexity and stay aligned to our mission. In this issue, I want to go a level deeper and talk about the execution focus areas that bring our strategy to life: optimizing our business, delighting our customers, and developing and retaining top talent. These priorities work together, anchored in our purpose-driven culture. When team members are truly empowered—when they understand the mission and feel ownership—they make faster, better decisions. And when we deeply understand our customers, we don’t just sell—we solve. We deliver the right product to the right customer, because we’ve listened first. This is how Alta earns long-term loyalty and sets the standard in every market we serve. To our people: thank you. Your perseverance through tough macroeconomic conditions, shifting demand patterns, and general uncertainty has been remarkable. Because of you, Alta continues to grow, evolve, and lead. I’d also like to extend a warm welcome to our newest team members in Quebec—bienvenue à Alta! We’re excited to have you onboard. Together, we’ll keep building a company where excellence is our standard, culture is our catalyst, and trust is our most valuable asset. Best regards, Ryan Greenawalt Alta Equipment Group

PAGE 02 Invest In The Best Passion For Excellence Mutual Respect One Team Customers For Life Our Culture PROJECT ATLAS OUR PURPOSE STATEMENT Delivering Trust That Makes A Difference OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES MISSION AND VALUES More than an equipment company, Alta is an innovator of solutions, delivering diverse products, and unrivaled support centered on building lasting customer relationships. Alta Equipment Group is excited to announce that Hugh Parry has joined the company as its new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Hugh brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformation leadership across industrial services and capital equipment markets. Throughout his career, Hugh has led cross-functional teams through complex growth strategies, M&A execution, and enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives. He has held roles with both Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, consistently delivering measurable value through a hands-on, data-driven, and collaborative approach. Alta is pleased to announce the launch of its ERP implementation initiative, Project Atlas, which officially kicked off on January 13th of this year. The project aims to replace the current e-Emphasys ERP system—used since December 2017—with Microsoft Dynamics 365. At the core of Project Atlas is a vision to enhance the overall Alta employee experience by: Improving communication and collaboration across teams, customers, and business partners Streamlining processes, automating routine tasks, and enabling employees to focus on more meaningful and engaging work Providing faster, more insightful data to support better decision-making The decision to transition to a new ERP system was not made lightly, especially given the significant time and effort required from team members across the organization. Currently, more than 50 employees are deeply involved in the project on a daily basis, with many others stepping up to ensure business operations continue smoothly. Alta leadership extends sincere thanks to everyone contributing to Project Atlas and demonstrating a true Passion for Excellence throughout this important transformation. In his role as CSO at Alta, Hugh will focus on identifying, defining, and executing enterprise- level strategic initiatives that capture long-term value. He joins Alta at a pivotal time, as the company continues to build a unified, purpose-driven culture centered on “Delivering Trust That Makes a Difference.” His leadership will further strengthen Alta’s ability to anticipate change, seize opportunities, and thrive in an evolving market landscape. It’s a reflection of our commitment to building a trusted, enduring brand for our customers, employees, and partners.

PAGE 03 Safety Is Our Workstyle SAFETY LEADERSHIP TRAINING HIERARCHY OF CONTROLS SAFETY IN THE FIELD Back in May, we had several managers attend Supervisor Safety Leadership Training at our corporate headquarters in Livonia. This is a two-day Safety Leadership Development workshop presented by Travelers Insurance that covers the following topics: Safety Leadership Safety Coaching Safety Communication Situational Awareness Ergonomics for Supervisors Post Injury Management Several of the managers commented that the program was a great overview of the topics and provides knowledge that can be used at their branches immediately. We thank those who attended for taking time away from their busy day to participate in this valuable safety training. The Hierarchy of Controls is a method of identifying and ranking safeguards to protect workers from hazards in the workplace. Personal Protective Equipment or PPE is one of the controls in place to protect workers. At Alta we offer several voucher or reimbursement options for PPE, including safety boots, prescription safety glasses, and mechanic gloves. We require the use of safety glasses with side shields in all service shops and yards, plus steel or composite toed boots for technicians, drivers, and warehouse employees. Please visit the Alta Intranet site under the Policies and Procedures tab in the Safety folder for more details on our PPE reimbursement guidelines and general information for employees or email the Safety Team at [email protected]. Our Tampa location recently made much needed repairs to their dock. Several of the boards on the dock had rotted from years of exposure to the elements. Tampa Yard Manager, Jose Colon, and Tampa Wash Rack Specialist, Esom Mouton, came up with the plan for how to refurbish the dock and make it safer for those who need to use it. We appreciate the work that Jose and Esom did and recognize their Passion for Excellence. The transformation is noteworthy as seen in these pictures: Pictured going up the stairs: Mike Zenner, Waukegan Ops Manager; Austin Jepson, Scarborough Ops Manager; Brennen Orr, Livonia Safety; Dave Jordan, Berlin Ops Manager; Travis Mock, Lansing Ops Manager; and Ryan Melcher, Director - Case Equipment PA.

Farmina first reached out to PeakLogix through our website, looking for a quote on a pallet shuttle system. During the conversation, they mentioned interest in AGVs to further optimize their operations. Recognizing the opportunity, AnnMarie Dentiste connected Farmina with Joe Bollman, from Alta Robotics, to explore the possibilities. We are proud to share some fantastic feedback from Arlington Coal & Lumber, where our team recently conducted certification training across all subsidiaries. PAGE 05 Material Handling CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT: ARLINGTON COAL & LUMBER HERO AMONG US: ALTA EMPLOYEE SAVES A LIFE WORKING AS ONE TEAM Through our AGV partner, VisionNav, Farmina’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) was seamlessly integrated with the AGVs. This integration allowed Farmina to streamline their material handling, improving efficiency, and reducing manual labor. Farmina purchased two AGVs from Alta Robotics and racking solutions from PeakLogix. Building on this success, we are now quoting additional pallet flow and pushback rack solutions for next year, with even more potential for expanding automation across their operations. This project highlights how collaboration between PeakLogix, Alta Robotics, and VisionNav can deliver a comprehensive, tailored automation solution for customers ready to take their warehouse operations to the next level. Huge thanks to Jeff for representing Alta with excellence and to Arlington for trusting us as your training partner! We’re thrilled to hear how Jeff’s expertise and approach turned hesitation into appreciation — and left such a strong impact on Arlington Coal & Lumber’s team. “Arlington employs many long-tenured forklift operators — some with 10, 20, even 30 years of experience. To be honest, there was a lot of skepticism at first. Many asked, ‘Is this really necessary?’ and I worried the sessions would be difficult. Jeff came in and immediately won them over. His professional, engaging approach disarmed even the toughest critics. Within minutes, those I was most concerned about were actively participating. Jeff broke down barriers with respect and genuine interest in what our team had to say. Several team members later told me how glad they were to have received this education. Jeff was absolutely the right trainer for Arlington, and we’ll be asking for him again in the future.” Chris Fuery, Fleet Manager, shared his appreciation for Jeff Eyssallenne, who led the training sessions: ‘I’m here!’ How a stranger’s quick action saves boy, 7, from drowning in frigid Seneca River - syracuse.com We are incredibly proud to share that our very own Ed Rohmer demonstrated extraordinary courage and quick thinking outside of work. In March, Ed saved a 7- year-old boy from drowning in the frigid waters of the Seneca River near Syracuse, NY. Thanks to his immediate action, the child is safe and recovering. This heroic act is a powerful reminder that the people of Alta Material Handling bring dedication, skill, and heart not just to the workplace, but to the community as well. The science behind the EcoChar Phoenix 8000 is called pyrolysis. It involves heating wood and green waste to very high temperatures with little or no oxygen to produce a carbon-rich product called biochar. Biochar is a soil amendment that acts like a sponge and retains nutrients and water so less fertilizer is needed, and it reduces soil pollutants by adsorbing them to its surface and altering soil chemistry. The EcoChar Phoenix 8000 can reduce waste wood volume by up to 90% and is ideal for organics recyclers looking to differentiate Ecoverse held a Demo Day to show off the brand-new EcoChar Phoenix 8000 in Northeastern Ohio, and 37 customers from as far away as Washington state came to see it in action.
